At midnight, everyone spills out into the streets to light fireworks. It was chaotic, loud and festive. Later, there was so much fog/smoke that the taxi's and buses didn't run.

When the kids ran out of fireworks, they made a fire with the spent fireworks on the street. Little pyros.
