My neighbor (age 8) found this mushroom growing in her front yard. She called me over to ask what it was, then thought I was crazy when I told her she should dip it in egg and fry it in butter. It's that time of year! I love Morals, they are such a treat. By the way, the going rate at the Farmer's Market is $24/pound. It's worth it to wander around in the woods, or in your front yard.
